Hotel Yash

Hotel Yash is located in Pimpri at Survey No 19/2 on the Pimple Gurav Road. It is more of a small eatery than a big hotel and we serve a lot of people who work nearby. We have a few tables and chairs spread out and a small kitchen in the back where all the cooking happens. The morning is our busiest time when everyone wants their tea and breakfast before heading to their jobs. We keep the stove going almost all day long. The building itself is nothing special just a regular structure on the side of Pimple Gurav Road but we keep it as tidy as we can. We spend a lot of time washing dishes and clearing away plates as soon as someone finishes eating. It is a family run kind of place where everyone chips in with the work. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the afternoon so we have to go out and buy more ingredients from the local market. We don't have a big menu just the things we know how to make well. The noise from the road can be a bit much sometimes but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything just providing a place for people to sit down and have a meal. It is a lot of standing and moving around but we are used to the rhythm of the place now.
