Hotel Trishna Resto & Bar

Hotel Trishna Resto & Bar is located at Somwar Peth 425. It is an old building and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We have tables and chairs that have been around for years. The kitchen is in the back, and you can usually hear the pans clanking throughout the afternoon. It gets quite loud in the evenings when the bar side fills up with people finishing their shifts. We serve standard food, nothing that would surprise you, just honest meals. The lighting is a bit dim, which some people seem to prefer. We have a small staff of waiters who have been with us for a long time. They know where everything is and who the regulars are. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when we are short-handed, but we do what we can. The fans on the ceiling spin all day to keep the air moving. We do not have a fancy menu, just a printed sheet that we update every once in a while. The street outside Somwar Peth is always busy, so there is a lot of dust that comes in through the front. We spend a lot of time wiping down the tables. It is a local place for local people to sit and have a drink or a bite to eat. We are not trying to be anything other than a neighborhood spot where you can relax for a while.
