Hotel Sun N Shine

We are located in the Ambegaon area, specifically near Kavalbyra Sandra on the 3rd Main road. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Indian Oil petrol pump, which makes it easy for people to give directions to their friends. M M Layout is a decent neighborhood and we have been part of it for a bit of time now. The place isn't very large, just enough rooms for folks who need a stay in this part of town without spending too much. We see a lot of students or people visiting the nearby colleges and offices during the week. The street can be a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that is just how the 411046 area is these days. We don't have a big kitchen or a restaurant inside, but there are plenty of small food stalls and cafes nearby if you get hungry at night. Our staff is mostly just a few local guys who know the area well and can tell you where to find things. We don't use any fancy computer systems for check-ins, just a big ledger book and some metal keys. The rooms are plain with white walls and simple furniture that does the job. It gets decent sunlight in the mornings through the windows, hence the name we picked out for the place. We keep the water running and the beds made as best as we can. It’s a straightforward place to stay for anyone who just needs a room and isn't looking for anything fancy.
