Hotel Srushti

Hotel Srushti is located in Pimple Gurav, right at the 4th Cross in Ganesh Block, Dinnur Main Road. It’s a busy corner and we see a lot of people passing by every day. We aren't really a hotel where you stay the night, it’s just the name we use for our eating place. Most of the people who come here are locals living in the Ganesh Block area. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen is small but we manage to get things out. It gets quite crowded during the lunch hour when the workers from the nearby shops come in. We have a few tables and chairs, nothing fancy, just standard stuff. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but we haven't had the time to close down for that. We've been on Dinnur Main Road for a good while now. We know the shortcut through the 4th cross like the back of our hand. The menu is written on a board and it changes depending on what we have that day. It’s a basic operation run by a few of us. We don't use any fancy machines, just regular cooking. People like that it feels like home food. We just try to keep the plates moving and the customers fed. It is a simple life here in Pimple Gurav and we are happy just being part of the neighborhood.
