Hotel Sitai Veg Nov-Veg

We are located at Survey No 427 in New Mangalwar Peth, Pune. The area code is 411011. Our place is right across from Raj Motor, which is how most people find us. We have both a place to eat and a place to stay here. The ground floor is where we serve veg and non-veg food and it gets quite busy around lunchtime when the local workers come in. There is always the sound of clinking plates and people talking. Upstairs, we have some rooms for guests. It’s a very practical setup. We start our day very early in the kitchen, getting the stoves going and preparing the ingredients for the menu. The building itself is older and we have to do regular maintenance to keep everything working. We don't have a big corporate office. It’s just a family-run kind of place where we all pitch in. The furniture in the dining area is simple wood and we have some overhead fans. We spend our afternoons cleaning up after the lunch rush and getting the rooms ready for anyone staying the night. It’s a lot of manual work but we are used to it. We just provide simple food and a place to sleep for the local community. We don't do anything fancy with the presentation, we just serve what we have. It’s honest work and we have been doing it for years now. We stay busy with the cooking and the rooms.
