Hotel Shipra Regency

This hotel is located out in Chinchwad East, right on the 8th main road. We are at G/P/78, which is near the 17th cross in the ISRO layout. It’s a bit of a walk from the main Thermax Chowk, but most people know the way. This is a very industrial part of Pune, so we get a lot of workers and people here for factory business. The building has been around for a while and it isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we have rooms that provide the basics you need for a night or two. We don’t have a big lobby with sofas or anything like that. It’s just a simple desk where we check people in. The traffic around here can get pretty heavy, especially when the shifts change at the nearby plants. You might hear some trucks or bikes passing by at odd hours. Our staff are local guys who have lived in Chinchwad for most of their lives. They aren't professionally trained servers, but they are honest and will help you find your way around the neighborhood. We don't have a big kitchen, so we mostly just serve tea and light snacks. If you want a full meal, there are plenty of small places within walking distance. It is just a practical place for people who have work to do in the industrial area and need a nearby bed.
