Hotel Saiju

Hotel Saiju is a small establishment located at Panvel 12. We have been operating here for several years now, providing a place for people to get a hot meal without spending too much money. It’s a simple building and we haven't done much to change the decor since we started. The tables and chairs are sturdy and that’s what matters for a place like this. We serve a variety of local dishes and the menu stays pretty much the same year-round. Our staff is small, usually just a couple of people in the kitchen and one person out front taking orders from the customers. It’s a lot of work but we managed to keep things going even when times were tough for everyone. We don't have any big signs or advertisements, just the name above the door that people recognize. Most of our business comes from people who live in the area or workers who pass by daily on their way to work. The tea is always brewing in the back and it’s a popular spot for a quick break in the afternoon. We try to keep the place clean, though it’s an old building so it has its quirks and odd corners. We don't use any fancy technology, just a notepad and a cash drawer. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and we’re used to the routine by now. If you're near Panvel 12, feel free to stop in.
