Hotel Sagam

Hotel Sagam is located right here in Khadki, which is a place that hasn't changed much over the years. We are tucked into the streets of Khadki Khadki and it feels like a very local spot. The building isn't brand new, and you can see that in the walls and the way the doors creak a little. We don't mind it because it feels like home to us. The kitchen is always going, and there is a lot of steam and noise coming from the back rooms. We have a few tables that have been here a long time, and they’ve seen a lot of people come and go. It’s not the kind of place you go to for a fancy dinner, but it’s where you go when you want something real. We spend our mornings getting everything ready before the lunch crowd shows up. It gets quite loud in here when all the seats are full, but that’s the way we like it. The windows stay open to let the air in from the street, even if it brings in a bit of dust. We just wipe down the surfaces and keep going. It’s just us running the place, trying to make sure everyone who walks through the door gets what they came for without any fuss. It’s a simple life in Khadki. We usually close up when the street lights come on and the traffic finally starts to thin out for the night.
