Hotel Plaza Palace

We are located right on the 100 Feet Ring Road in Chinchwad, B T M 2nd Stage. Being on a main road like this means there's always noise, but it's a good spot for people traveling. We have rooms and a place for people to stay. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the laundry and making sure the rooms are ready for the next person. The elevator is a bit slow sometimes, so we tell people to take the stairs if they’re in a hurry. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just a local hotel. We have a small desk at the front where someone is usually sitting. We spend a lot of time answering the phone and checking people in. Some guests stay for a long time and we get to know them. Others are just passing through for a night. The water heater can be temperamental in the winter so we have to keep an eye on it. It’s a basic place. We don’t have a swimming pool or a gym. Just beds and a roof. Chinchwad is a busy area and we’re right in the middle of it. We try to keep things running smoothly but things break and we fix them. It’s just how it is running a place like this. We usually have a few extra blankets in the closet if someone gets cold. The windows don't block out all the traffic sounds, but most people don't seem to mind much after a long day of travel.
