Hotel New Shuvratna

Hotel New Shuvratna is located down at Mundhwa Bhat Ni Wadi, Mini Bazar 54. It’s a lively spot, mostly because of the market being right there. We open up early because the vendors in the bazaar need their tea and breakfast before the crowds arrive. It's a lot of shouting and steam in the kitchen during those early hours. We aren't a big hotel with fancy rooms or anything, just a solid place where people can sit down and eat something filling without spending too much. The tables are old wooden ones, and they’ve seen a lot of use over the years. We try to keep everything clean, but with so many people coming in and out, it’s a constant job. My uncle started this place, and I’ve been helping out since I was a kid. Now I pretty much run the day-to-day stuff. We have a couple of cooks who have been with us for a decade. They know exactly how the regulars like their food. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just light some candles and keep going. It’s just part of life here. We don't have a big menu, just the things we are good at making. It’s a bit of a squeeze during lunch, so you might have to share a table. That’s just how we do things at the Mini Bazar. It's loud, messy, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
