Hotel Manohar

Hotel Manohar is tucked away in Panvel, specifically at 2nd A Cross in the 3rd Block, 3rd Stage area. It’s more of a local eatery than a proper hotel where you stay the night. We’ve been in this spot for several years and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us with new buildings going up. We serve basic meals, mostly stuff that people eat every day for lunch. The kitchen is small and we work fast to get the plates out to everyone. It can get pretty hot in there, especially during the lunch hour when everyone comes in at once. We have a few tables that have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. We don't have a fancy menu or anything printed nicely, just what we make that day written on a board. Sometimes we forget to change the board, so you have to ask what’s available. Our regulars know the drill. It’s a quiet street usually, except for when the school nearby lets out and kids run by. We just try to keep the food decent and the prices fair so workers can afford to eat here daily without worry. We aren't looking to become a big franchise or anything like that. Just keeping the lights on and serving the community here in the 3rd Stage is enough for us. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be doing it.
