Hotel Malwan Samudra Surnga

We are located right in Shukrawar Peth, over at number 28 in Chinchwad. This place is mostly about the kind of food we grew up eating. It’s not fancy at all, just a simple setup with tables and chairs where people can sit and have a meal. I remember when we first opened, it was just a small idea to bring those coastal flavors here. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure the spices are balanced. It gets quite noisy during lunch and dinner hours because of the traffic outside and the people coming in. We don't really have a team of waiters in uniforms or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure plates get out on time. The building itself is older, which gives it a bit of character I guess. People come here for the fish and the way we prepare it, which is how it's done back home. We don't do any flashy promotions or use social media much. Most of our customers are locals who live right here in the Peth area. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if the market didn't have what we needed that morning. That's just part of running a small hotel like this. We appreciate everyone who stops by to eat. It's a modest business, and we’re happy to be part of this neighborhood. It is just basic food and hard work.
