Hotel Magdalinaz

My shop is at Shop No 2 A/525 in Vadgoensheri. It’s not a very big place, but we have enough space for people to sit down and eat. We’ve been here for a while now. Some days it gets really busy around lunch time and the kitchen gets hot. My brother helps me out with the orders. We mostly just keep things moving. The sign outside is a bit old, but people know where we are. We open up early to get everything ready. Sometimes the delivery guys arrive late and we have to wait around. Vadgoensheri is a crowded area so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We just keep the doors open. I usually sit near the counter. People come in and ask for the daily specials. I don't really have a big staff, just a few people who have been with me since the start. We clean the tables as soon as someone leaves. It’s a simple life running a hotel here. You see the same faces every day. The neighbors at the other shops are friendly enough. We share tea sometimes in the afternoon when it gets a bit quieter. I think we have about ten tables in total. It gets a bit cramped when a large family comes in, but we make it work. We don't really do anything fancy here. Just food and a place to sit for a while.
