Hotel Khushboo

Hotel Khushboo is located right on ASN Road in Dhanakawadi. We call it a hotel, but it’s really just a place to eat lunch and dinner. We’ve been here for many years, and the building is starting to show its age a little bit. There are some cracks in the floor tiles and the paint could probably use a fresh coat, but the kitchen is always busy regardless. We serve mostly traditional meals that people around here grew up eating. It’s a lot of manual work, chopping vegetables by hand and grinding our own spices every single morning. The smell of the cooking travels all the way down the road, which is how most new people find us. It gets really crowded on the weekends, especially with families from the neighborhood coming in. We don't have any air conditioning, just some big metal ceiling fans that hum quite loudly. Sometimes the orders take a bit longer when the stove is full and the kitchen is hot, but we try to be honest with people about the wait time. It’s a family-run thing, so you might see my kids or my cousins helping out with the cleaning or serving. We don't have a website or a fancy printed menu. Everything we have is just written on a chalkboard. It’s just food, served the way we know how to do it. We hope people leave full.
