Hotel Jay Yogeshwar Bhuwan is tucked away in Uruli Devachi, specifically at 1st Main and 2nd Cross. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the city center. We open up early because that’s when the people around here start their day. There’s a lot of cleaning to do first thing, mostly sweeping the front and getting the tea going. The building is a simple structure, nothing too modern or complicated. We have basic wooden furniture and the walls have a few old calendars on them. Most of our customers are locals who work nearby or live just down the street. We don't have a big fancy sign, just enough so people know where we are. The afternoon can be slow, so we usually sit by the door and watch the bikes go by on the 1st Main. It’s a steady pace of life. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our orders; it's mostly just memory and small slips of paper. It works for us. When the evening comes, we get a few more people stopping in before they head home. We keep things simple and don't try to overcomplicate the menu. It’s just about providing a place for people to get a quick bite or a drink. We’ve been at this corner for a long time, and we plan to stay for a while longer just doing what we do.
