Hotel Flora 69 (Coven)

We are located out in Mulshi at Sr No. 153. Hotel Flora 69, which some people also know as Coven, is a bit of a trek from the main city. It is quieter out here, which we like. The building is a few floors high and we spend a lot of time checking the rooms and making sure the water is running right. It’s an older property so things need fixing more often than we’d like. We have a small staff who handles the front desk and the cleaning. Some nights it’s completely full and other times it’s just a few people passing through. We don't have a big fancy lobby with marble floors. It’s just a place for people to stay when they are in the Mulshi area. We spend our mornings checking the laundry and making sure the kitchen has what it needs. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we have to mop the entrance a lot. There’s a nice view of the hills if you’re on the upper floors. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Most guests find us because they are working nearby or visiting family. It's a straightforward operation. We just try to keep the place decent and the guests comfortable without any extra fuss or unnecessary stuff. It’s what we do. We just keep the lights on and the rooms ready for whoever arrives.
