Hotel Avishkar

If you are looking for Hotel Avishkar, we are right there on the Pisoli Shakti Nagar Road. It’s not a huge building, just a simple spot where we serve food every day. The kitchen stays pretty warm throughout the afternoon, and you can usually hear the sound of pans hitting the stove from the street. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. People mostly know we are here because they live in the neighborhood or work nearby. We started this place because we wanted something local on this side of Pisoli. Every morning, we unlock the doors and start getting the tables ready. There is usually a bit of dust from Shakti Nagar Road, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. The menu is just whatever we are cooking that day, nothing too complicated. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front for a bit, but we manage. The staff here are just regular people from around town. We don't use any high-tech systems; we just write things down and get the food out as fast as the stove allows. It gets quite crowded in the evenings when everyone is heading back home. You’ll see people sitting around talking for a long time over their plates. We just keep the lights on until the last person finishes up and then we do it all again the next day.
