We operate out of an apartment in Kalpataru Serenity, which is in the Manjari Budruk area of Pune. Specifically, we are in Flat 5C/1104. Working from the 11th floor gives us a pretty good view of the surrounding hills and the developing area of Manjari. It is much quieter out here than in the main Pune city, which we actually prefer for getting our work done. We handle brick-and-mortar property matters and we use this space to manage all our paperwork and client meetings. The atmosphere is more like a home than a stiff office, which makes people feel a bit more relaxed when they visit. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and plenty of storage for all the project documents. Manjari is growing fast, and being right here in Haveli taluka means we are close to where a lot of the new building is happening. We often spend our mornings on the road checking on different sites and then come back here in the afternoon to catch up on emails. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the local real estate scene well. We just take things day by day and try to keep everything organized from our Pune base. It is a quiet way to run things while the city grows around us.
