H.N. CONSTROTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

H.N. Constrotech Private Limited is based right here in Pashan, over at the State Bank Nagar Housing Society. We've got our space in Building C-8, Flat 5. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for when we need to focus on the technical side of our construction work. Being in Pune means there is always something being built or fixed up, so we stay pretty active. It’s not a huge corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's more like a regular workspace where we drink too much tea and talk about site plans. We deal with various building tasks and technical things that come with the territory. Sometimes the traffic in Pashan makes getting to sites a bit of a headache, but that’s just life in the city. We have been at this for a bit, learning as we go. Every job is different, and we just take them one at a time. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the numbers add up. If we aren't at the flat in C-8, we’re probably out checking on a project somewhere else in the neighborhood. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy ads. We just handle the work that comes our way and try to do right by the people we work for. It keeps us busy enough. Sometimes we are juggling three things at once, and other times it's a bit slower. We just keep going.
