Being up on the ninth floor gives us a pretty good view of the city, which is a nice change from the busy streets below. Mukundnagar is a good area, though the traffic in Gultekadi can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. Our office is not a huge space; it is mostly just desks, a few computers, and a lot of project folders. We are a small team and we like to keep things simple. We don't have any big marketing teams or fancy brochures. We just talk to people directly and tell them what is happening with their projects. It is a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage just fine. We have been in this building for quite a while now, and the neighbors are all familiar faces. We don't feel the need for a big storefront or a lot of signs. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up our address. It takes a lot of hard work and many long hours to keep things moving, but that is just how the development business goes in Pune.
