Hisar Dairy & Sweet

Over in Hadapsar, specifically at Papamma Reddy Layout 75, is where Hisar Dairy & Sweet is located. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but people usually find us anyway. We handle a lot of dairy products every single day. The morning starts early with the heavy milk cans arriving, and it’s a lot of lifting and pouring. It’s a messy job sometimes. We aren't a big company with a lot of complicated rules. We just work hard and try to stay organized as much as we can. The layout here is mostly residential, so we see the same people every morning and evening. We have a few simple shelves for the sweets near the front. The lighting inside isn't the brightest you'll ever see, but it works for what we need. We don't spend any money on advertising or fancy packaging for the goods. It's just plain boxes and simple bags for everyone. Sometimes the fridge makes a bit of noise, but that’s just how it is with some of the older equipment we use. We’ve been at Papamma Reddy Layout for some time and we know the neighborhood very well. It’s a decent place to be. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the milk is cold. It’s a straightforward way to run a business.
