Hirenarya Dadge Infra Projects Private Limited is out in the Verna Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No. L 51 B in Phase II. Being in an industrial zone means there is always something going on around us, whether it is trucks moving in or other units running their machines. The air is a bit different here, a bit more dusty and busy than being in the middle of a town. Our office is right on the plot, and it’s where we handle all the management and planning for our infrastructure projects. It is a functional space, mostly concrete and metal, built to be practical rather than pretty. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and managing the schedules for different jobs we have going on. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a fancy lounge or coffee machines that make lattes. We have a basic kettle and some chairs that have seen better days. Most of the staff comes in early to beat the heat and the heavy vehicle traffic that builds up around the industrial gates. We don't really go in for big speeches or meetings that last for hours. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and try to get through it. It’s hard work, and the environment is definitely geared towards getting things built. We stay busy with the logistics and making sure things are where they need to be.
