Highspot Realtors Llp operates out of office 502 at Fortune House on Prabhat Road. Erandwana is a central spot in Pune and it is usually full of life. The office is one of those typical business units where everyone knows each other. We handle property things, mostly realtors' work. It’s a lot of running around, showing places, and then coming back here to Erandwana to sort out the documents. Fortune House is easy to spot once you're on Prabhat Road, though parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. Inside the office, it’s pretty standard. We have a couple of computers, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files about different plots and flats. The view from the fifth floor is okay, you can see some of the trees along the road. We aren't trying to be some high-end firm that you see on TV. We’re just local people who know this part of the city well. Most of our day is spent talking to people who want to buy or rent something nearby. Sometimes the printer jams when we're in a hurry, which is annoying, but we get through it. People drop by without calling sometimes, which is fine, we usually have someone around to answer questions. It’s a busy environment but we keep things straightforward. No fancy mission statements here, just a lot of talk about square footage and stamp duty. There is always a tea stall nearby if we need a break.
