We are situated out on Wagholi Road in the Lohegaon area of Pune. Our spot is near the Trimurtin Store at Survey Number 103/2+1. It’s a part of town that has been growing quite a bit lately, so there is always some new construction happening nearby. We are right in the thick of it. The office is pretty basic. We spend most of our time out on the field anyway. Being a buildcon company in Pune means dealing with a lot of traffic and a lot of different site locations. We try to keep our operations straightforward. We handle the building work and the logistics that go with it. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that here. Just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. Most of our days start early so we can beat the heat and the worst of the Wagholi Road traffic. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or water issues at the sites, but that's just how it goes around here. We aren't here to give anyone a sales pitch. We just provide the construction services that people need in this part of Lohegaon. We've been around this road for a while and have seen many new shops open up near us. It's a busy life, but it keeps us moving. The dust from the road gets into everything, but we don't mind much as long as the work gets done on time. It is just the way things are.
