Hari Om Driving School

You can find us at Plot No 3 on Tingare Nagar Road. We are right in the Vishrantwadi area of Pune. This part of town gets very crowded during the rush hours, which makes it a challenging place to learn driving, but that is good practice for the students. Our office is simple. We have the maps on the wall and a couple of chairs for people waiting for their turn. I spend my morning checking the oil and tires on the cars before the first student arrives. Pune roads are not always the easiest to navigate, especially with the two-wheelers zig-zagging everywhere. We mostly help people get their confidence up so they don't stall the engine in the middle of a junction. It is a lot of repetitive work, explaining the same traffic rules and gear shifts, but it’s important. The shop is easy to spot if you are coming down the main road in Vishrantwadi. We have been here for a while and know most of the shopkeepers around us. It's a small team here. We handle the paperwork for the RTO and try to make sense of all the new regulations that come out. It’s a basic setup, nothing flashy, just a local driving school trying to help people get from point A to point B safely. The coffee shop nearby is where I usually grab a quick drink between lessons to keep my energy up.
