Hap Developers Llp is located at Gat No.94 100/46 in the Hicliff Industrial Estate. This is in the Kesnand area, which falls under Tal Haveli. We are a bit far from the main city traffic, which is something we actually like about being here. The air feels a little different, even though the industrial estate itself gets quite dusty when the heavy trucks are moving in and out with materials. Our office is a very basic setup. We do not have any fancy glass walls or expensive office furniture. It is just a practical space where we sit down to plan out our next building projects and look over the land records. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or driving out to different sites to see how the work is progressing. It is a lot of manual coordination and talking to local laborers. We aren’t some huge corporation with thousands of people. We are just a small team focused on development in this specific region. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just use that time to catch up on conversations until the lights come back on. It is honest work and it takes a lot of patience because construction always has delays, whether it is because of the weather or something else. We have been at this for some time now and we just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
