Hallmark Technical Services Pvt. Ltd., is based in the Ambegaon(Bk) area of Pune. Our office is located in Gulmohar Residency, specifically in Flat 11 on the B Wing. Bheemashankar Kalal and Ashok Jadhav are the ones who started this whole thing. It’s a quiet residential society, so it doesn’t feel like a typical busy business district. We handle various technical services from here. It’s mostly computer work and managing service calls for our clients. The office isn't very large, but it has everything we need to get the job done. We’ve been in the 411046 area for a good while. Sometimes it’s a bit hard for new people to find the right wing in Gulmohar Residency, but once you find B wing, we’re just right there. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. It’s just us working at our desks. We don't use fancy titles or corporate jargon. We just focus on the technical problems that our customers have and try to find a way to fix them. It’s a very hands-on and practical way of working. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at technical data. We are just a small group of people trying to provide the technical support that folks in the area need. We enjoy being in Ambegaon because it's a bit more peaceful than the city center. It’s a simple setup for a serious kind of work.
