Vaishnavi Developer

We are located at Shop No 21 in Sutyam Puram, which is right along Saswad Road in the Hadapsar area. It gets quite noisy with all the traffic going towards Althan, but we have gotten used to the sound of horns and trucks by now. Vaishnavi Developer has been operating out of this small shop for some time. There isn't much space inside, but we make it work with a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk. Most of our day is spent looking at local plans or chatting with people from the neighborhood who are looking for a bit of help with property things. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just sit by the door where there is more light and wait for it to come back on. It's a busy part of town, so there is always something happening on the street. We keep our files in a few old metal cabinets and try to stay organized, even if things get a bit messy on busy afternoons. You can see the sign for Sutyam Puram from the main road, and we are just tucked in there among the other shops. We aren't trying to be anything big or corporate, just a local spot where people can get some plain answers about what's available in Hadapsar. Sometimes we share snacks with the shopkeeper next door when it's slow. It is just the way things go here on Saswad Road every day, and we are fine with that.
