Southern Hills

Our office is based in Hadapsar, specifically in the Mohammadwadi area at Ganaraj Terrace. We’re in A/206, which is a comfortable enough space for us to manage our daily operations. Being in this part of Pune means we see the area changing quite a lot over the years. We focus on the local landscape and the housing needs of people around here. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments, making sure that when someone talks to us, they get a clear answer. We don’t go for anything too flashy. The walls are mostly covered with maps of the local area and schedules for upcoming work. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and clients. We like being in Hadapsar because it feels like its own community. People stop by to ask questions about the property or just to see how a project is coming along. We keep our files organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up when we’re really busy. It’s a real job with real challenges, and we just handle them as they come. We’ve got a small kitchen for tea, and that’s where most of our big decisions get made during our afternoon break time. It’s not a corporate boardroom, but it works for us. We try to be honest about timelines and costs because that’s what we would want if we were the ones building.
