We’ve been running things from 1 Raviwar Peth in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate for a good while now. It is a busy part of Pune, mostly factories and trucks moving around all day. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet people about construction projects. Usually, there’s a bit of dust coming in from the main road, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the local development work, mostly around this side of town. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always going. People come in to ask about plots or how the building work is going. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well. Sometimes we are out on the sites more than we are in the office. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the growth in Hadapsar. The industrial estate has changed a lot since we first started. New sheds and units go up every year. We just try to keep up with the paperwork and make sure everything is moving along. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there near the main gate of the estate. It's a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Nothing fancy, just a regular local business trying to do things right for the people who live and work around here.
