You can find Raj Developers at Office No 6 in Chintamani Plaza. We are right on the Pune Solapur Road in Hadapsar, directly opposite the Akashwani station. It is a very busy spot with cars and bikes zooming past all day long. Chintamani Plaza is a well-known building, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. The office is small but it gets the job done. We’ve got our desks, a printer that makes a lot of noise, and a water cooler for the guests. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, and we’ve been here to see it happen. We work on various development projects around this side of Pune. A lot of our day is spent visiting sites or waiting at government offices to get papers stamped. It isn't a glamorous life. There is a lot of mud on our boots and ink on our hands. We talk to all sorts of people, from laborers to families looking for a new place to live. We don't have a fancy reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a pile of blueprints. We try to be helpful and answer questions as best as we can. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything on this busy road, but we’ve been doing it for years now. Just look for the plaza across from Akashwani. We stay busy and we keep it real with everyone who comes through our door.
