Kohinoor Group

Our office is located on Dada Saheb Phalke Road over in the Ashramgad part of Hadapsar. It’s an area that’s seen a lot of growth lately. Kohinoor Group has been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we get our work done every day. There’s always something going on in Hadapsar, with the traffic and the new shops opening up around us. We spend most of our time dealing with the details of local property and development projects. The office is usually humming with people coming in and out to check on things. We’ve got desks piled with drawings and files. It feels like a real workplace, not some polished showroom. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. Some people find us through friends, others just see the sign when they’re passing through this part of the neighborhood. We don’t use a lot of flowery language. We just tell people what we have available and what the actual situation is. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just keep going anyway. It’s a steady rhythm of work. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and we plan on staying right here. It’s a busy life but it keeps us on our toes and we like the people we deal with. We just focus on the task at hand.
