We are based in Building No A 3 in Utkarsh Nagar, which is over in the Gadital Hadapsar area on Stephens Road. Being developers in this part of town means we are always looking at new sites and dealing with construction crews. It’s a lot of boots-on-the-ground work. Our office is where we do all the planning and meet with people who are interested in what we’re building. Hadapsar is a busy place, and Stephens Road has a lot going on. We try to keep our projects simple and functional. We aren't interested in making things look flashy if they don't work right. Most of our time is spent on-site or dealing with the various permits and plans needed for a building. It's not always easy, and there are plenty of delays in this line of work, but we just keep at it. The team here is small, and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know how to handle the local regulations and the quirks of building in Utkarsh Nagar. People know where to find us if they have a question about a project. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us; we just tell people what we are doing and when we expect it to be finished. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the bricks and the concrete and try to get everything done as best we can.
