GV-LANDMARK LLP

GV-Landmark LLP is based on the second floor of S P Heights, right along the Mumbai-Pune Highway. It’s a busy location, which makes sense because we are always on the move. We handle various land and landmark projects around Pune. The highway is right there, so we are constantly hearing the traffic, but it keeps us connected to the city and the surrounding areas. Our office is a practical space where we manage our daily tasks. We don’t have any of those fancy modern amenities you see in tech startups. We just have what we need to get our work done efficiently. Most of us have been in this industry for quite a while, so we know that things don’t always go according to plan. We just deal with problems as they come up and keep moving. We aren't interested in making big promises we can't keep. We just focus on the land we are working with and the projects we have on our plate. Pune is growing so fast, and being on the highway gives us a front-row seat to all that change. We are just a group of local people who know the area well and want to do good work. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do.
