Gurukul Driving School

We are located in Shahu Nagar, right near the Nakshatr building in Chinchwad East. If you're looking for us, we’re usually out on the road anyway. The office is just a small place where we keep the registers and the keys for the cars. We’ve been teaching people how to drive around these streets for a long time now. The roads around here can be tricky with all the turns and the local traffic, but that’s the best way to learn, honestly. We have a couple of older cars that we use because they’re reliable and easy for beginners to handle without feeling too intimidated. You’ll often see me standing by the car, waiting for the next student to show up. We don't use any fancy simulators or anything; we just get straight into the driver’s seat and start with the basics. It’s a lot of sitting in traffic and explaining how the clutch works for the hundredth time that day. The office has some old diagrams of road signs pinned to the walls and a few chairs for people waiting their turn. It’s a very local operation, and most people find out about us just by seeing our cars driving slowly through the neighborhood. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the Pune roads well and have the patience to sit through the jerky starts and sudden stops of new drivers.
