GURUDEVDATTA BUILDCON LLP

We operate GURUDEVDATTA BUILDCON LLP out of Plot No 14 in the Shankarrao More Society. It’s located at S No 1/115/2 in Pune. This neighborhood is a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice when you need to focus on buildcon work. We’ve been here for some time now. Our space is just a regular setup where we handle all the logistics for our projects. It's a residential-style area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have our maps and project files scattered around the main room. Pune is growing so fast, so there's always something to keep us busy. We mostly deal with local construction needs. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just have a few chairs for visitors and a big table for looking at drawings. The society is easy enough to find once you get the plot number right. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to check on progress at various sites. When we are back at the office, it’s mostly about catching up on emails and checking the numbers. It’s a straightforward business. We just wanted a place that was convenient for us to work from without all the fuss of a big corporate park. It works for us.
