We are located on the first floor of Arun Park, over in Datta Nagar in the Thergaon area of Chinchwad. It’s a busy part of Pune, and we’ve seen a lot of growth around here recently. Our office is simple, just a place to sit down and go over blueprints or talk to folks about their homes. We deal with property development, which means a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and city offices. It’s not always a fast process. Sometimes things get stalled or we run into issues we didn't expect, but that's just the reality of building things. We don't use any slick sales talk. We're just a small group of people who know how to put a building together. We’ve spent years learning the ropes in Pune and Chinchwad. The team is usually split between the office and the construction sites. It can get pretty loud and chaotic when a project is in the middle of everything, but we like seeing things take shape. We aren't a big chain, just a local firm trying to do things the right way. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just a few desks and a lot of coffee. People come to us because they know we're from the area and we understand how things work here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project until it's finally finished. It takes time, but that is how development goes.
