We are based in the Kharadi area of Pune, specifically at Dinkar Patharewasti near Chandannagar. You can find us at Survey Number 50/1. GSW Industries India is an industrial outfit, plain and simple. We do a lot of the heavy lifting that comes with manufacturing and general industry work in this part of town. It is a dusty area around the office, and there is almost always a truck backing up or some materials being unloaded nearby. We do not have a fancy showroom for people to visit. Our office is right next to where the actual work happens because that is the only way I can keep an eye on everything. Pune is a major hub for this kind of industry, and we have been working hard to keep our place in the market. It involves a lot of long hours and making sure the machines are running exactly as they should be. We have a small team of technicians and laborers who know their jobs well. We are not the type of people who want to sit in meetings all day. We would much rather be out on the floor fixing a problem or checking a machine. It is honest, hard work and it gets us through the day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait, but usually we are busy from morning till night. We just do our job and stay out of trouble.
