We’ve been set up in the Shiddheshwar Prasad building in Dhankawadi for a bit now. Gsv Developers Llp isn't a massive corporate office, just a group of us working out of S. No. 31/3. Pune is growing fast, and being in the 411043 area means we see the changes every day. We handle things piece by piece, trying to keep up with the local paperwork and site requirements that come with this kind of work. It gets busy, and some days are better than others, especially with the traffic around here. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. It's a functional space. People usually just drop by or call when they need to check on a project status. We try to keep things straightforward and honest because that’s how neighbors talk to each other in this part of town. Working in construction and development in Maharashtra means dealing with a lot of moving parts. We spend a lot of time on-site or looking at drawings in the office. It's not glamorous work, but it needs doing. Sometimes the weather slows us down or a supplier is late, but we just keep moving along. We like the area and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just doing our part right here in Pune. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the rules and the heat, but we stay at it.
