If you know Pune, you know Sadashiv Peth is one of those old-school areas with narrow lanes and a lot of history. It’s not like the big glass buildings in the newer parts of town. Our office is right in the middle of all that. It’s a bit of a maze getting here sometimes, but that’s just how the Peth areas are. We deal with property and real estate, but we do it in a very local way. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or people looking for a place nearby. The office itself is cozy. It’s got that old Pune feel where everyone knows everyone else. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us sitting in Kaushik Co-op, working through the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic in the lanes, but you get used to it. We like being in Sadashiv Peth because it’s central and has a lot of character. There’s always a good place to get some tea or a quick bite nearby. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really need a map to find our way around. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do. No fuss, just honest work in a part of the city we really like and know.
