Growing Stars Hospitality LLP is situated in Pune City, specifically at Prithvi Shaurya Sky One on S.No.113/4 and 113/9. We are in flat 101. It is a relatively new place and we are still getting settled into the rhythm of things. We work in the hospitality sector, which means we spend most of our time making sure our guests are looked after. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of cleaning, checking lists, and making sure the kitchen has what it needs. We are just a small team of regular people. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. We make our own decisions and try to learn from our mistakes. Pune is a fast-moving city, so we have to stay on our toes. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for staff to get in on time, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the most expensive or the most famous place. We just want to offer something reliable. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and making sure we have the best we can get. Our office is usually full of the sound of people talking and phones ringing. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep working hard and trying to be useful. It’s practical, everyday work for us and we take it seriously without being too stiff about it.
