GREYBUILD CONSTRUCTION LLP

Our office is in Shakuntala Apartments on Law College Road in Pune. It’s a nice area, but we spend most of our time thinking about concrete and steel. We are Greybuild Construction. We’ve got a small place on the ground floor, unit number 46-10. It’s a busy office because there is always something happening at one of our sites in the city. Pune has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been part of that by building different structures around town. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a small LLP trying to do good work. The office is usually a mess of blueprints, site photos, and half-empty tea cups. We don't bother with a lot of the polish you see in big firms. We’d rather spend our time making sure the materials are on site and the workers know what they are doing. Law College Road is a good base for us, even if parking is a nightmare sometimes. We have a small team of people who actually know how to build things, not just talk about it. We take on various projects and just try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes we fall behind because of rain or labor issues, but we always push through. It’s just how the building trade is. We’re just regular people doing a regular job and keeping things moving.
