Green Shift Foods

Our office is at 401, Ashoka Summit in the Kondwa area. It’s a bit different from the usual ground-floor shops you see around here since we are up on the fourth floor. Being in a building like Ashoka Summit means we have a bit more of a structured environment, but Green Shift Foods is still a small, local effort at heart. We spend our days mostly on the phone or working with the logistics of moving food products around. Kondwa is a busy place with a lot of new buildings coming up, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we moved in. The space we have is simple—just some desks, a few computers, and a lot of paperwork. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or any of that stuff you see in movies. We just come in, do our work, and go home. Sometimes the elevator in the building breaks down, and we have to walk up the four flights of stairs, which isn't fun, but it keeps us moving. We don't try to act like we’re some huge company. We’re just a few people in an office trying to make things work in the food industry. It can be stressful when things don't go as planned, but we just figure it out as we go. There’s usually some tea being made and people chatting about their weekend while we work through the stacks of orders that need our attention.
