We operate out of office 404 in the World Trade Center Tower 1 over in Kharadi. It’s a large building and can be a bit confusing if you haven't been here before. We are right across from the Eon Free Zone, which is a huge landmark in this part of Pune. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is mostly other big office blocks and a lot of construction work happening lately. Vbk Infrastructure is part of the same complex. The area of Kharadi has changed so much in the last few years, it used to be much quieter. Now, the roads are always full of bikes and cars. Our space inside is pretty straightforward. We have a few rooms for meetings and a main area where everyone sits. It’s not like those modern tech offices you see in magazines with bean bags and stuff. It’s just a place to work. Sometimes the elevators take a long time because the tower is so tall and so many people work here. We spend most of our time answering emails and looking at plans. On the weekends, the area gets a bit more peaceful, but during the week, it’s a real grind. We try to stay focused on the day-to-day stuff and keep things moving. It’s a decent place to be based if you’re doing business in Pune these days. We have settled into a regular routine here and the office feels quite familiar now.
