Our office is on the second floor of Lalani Quantum, right across from the DSK Toyota showroom in Bavdhan. It’s a decent building in the Surgan Estate area. If you’re driving down the main road, the Toyota sign is the best landmark to look for. Working in Bavdhan is nice because it’s a bit greener than the city center, though traffic on the bypass can be a nightmare during rush hour. We do a lot of energy-related work here, mostly focusing on the planning and design side of things. The office has big windows, so we get a good amount of light, which is nice when you're staring at screens all day. We have a small pantry where we hang out during lunch. It's a professional enough space, but we keep it pretty relaxed. No one wears suits unless there’s a big meeting. Most of the time we’re just coordinating with installers or checking on project timelines. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area grow with more shops and offices. It's a solid place to work from, and the commute isn't too bad for most of the guys. Sometimes the parking lot gets crowded with cars for the showroom, but we usually find a spot. It's a busy but productive environment.
