We are located at Godrej Avanti, specifically in office 202 A on Shankar Seth Road. Ghorpade Peth is a busy part of Pune, and it gets pretty loud outside sometimes with all the traffic. Our team spends most of the day here at the office or out visiting building sites to see how things are coming along. Gravitas Buildcon Llp started because we wanted to do things our own way in the construction world. It is not always easy, and some days are much longer than others. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while looking over plans or talking about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. There are plenty of challenges when you are trying to coordinate materials and workers, but we just take it one day at a time. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a practical space where we can get our work done and meet with people. We have been in this area for a while now and know the local streets well. Most of us have lived in Pune for years, so we understand the layout of the city and what people expect when they look for a place. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but seeing a project actually start to take shape makes it worth the effort. We don't have a big marketing department, so we just focus on the actual building work and hope that it speaks for itself.
