Grandbay Buildcon Private Limited

Grandbay Buildcon is located over at Manjari Budruk, specifically at Survey Number 65/2A. If you’ve been out toward this side of Pune lately, you’ve seen how much it’s changing. It used to be all fields, but now there’s construction everywhere you look. We are part of that, I guess. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks and a lot of blueprints lying around that need filing. We focus on building things in and around this area. It's not a very polished place; we have dust coming in from the road constantly because of all the trucks passing by. We are just local guys who know the Manjari area well. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just want to make sure the buildings we put up don't have leaks and that the walls are straight. It's hard work and the sun is hot, so we drink a lot of tea while we talk about cement prices or labor shortages. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes when three different suppliers show up at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune. We just want to do enough work to keep everyone paid and the business moving forward. It’s a messy business, construction, so our office usually reflects that with samples of tiles and bricks tucked into every corner. We stay here because it's close to where the work is actually happening.
