Goyal Properties

You can find Goyal Properties right across from the PCMC Building. Our office is specifically in the Kohinoor Cayona Flat, No 101, on the Mumbai Pune Road in Chinchwad. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise from the trucks and cars passing by. It’s actually quite convenient being so close to the government building because a lot of people walk past our door every day. The flat itself is pretty basic. We’ve got a few desks pushed against the walls and some chairs for when people want to sit down and look at property listings. It feels more like a living room than a corporate office, which I think people actually like. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Most days it’s just jeans and a shirt. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to show people different spots around Chinchwad. The Mumbai Pune Road makes it easy to get around, even if the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. We’ve got a small balcony where we sometimes take a break to get some air, though the air isn't that fresh with all the traffic. We’ve been in this flat for a good while now, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We just focus on the work and try to help people find what they’re looking for without any extra drama.
