Our office is in Nsg Crown B, right across from the Bank of India, which makes it easy for people to find us. We share the space with Nd Govilkar on the third floor, specifically in flat number 302. It is a growing part of the city, so there is always some kind of construction noise nearby, which feels appropriate for what we do. Inside our office, it is mostly about solving problems and figuring out the best way to handle different building projects. We spend hours looking at Sno. 52/13 maps and planning out the logistics for our teams. It is not a very formal environment; we wear regular clothes and talk to each other plainly about what needs to get done. Dealing with construction solutions means we have to be ready for things to go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a supplier running out of a certain type of tile. We just take it as it comes.
