Paramount Ice Cream

You can find Paramount Ice Cream at Shop No. 9, Pride Valencia in Dhankude Vasti. We’re right on the Pan Card Club Road. It’s a nice area where lots of people go for walks in the evening. Our shop is where we keep all the cold stuff. Those big freezers hum all day long. It’s a small shop, but it belongs to us. Making ice cream and keeping it frozen in this heat is a full-time job. We spend a lot of time cleaning and checking the temperatures. When the schools let out, it gets pretty loud and busy in here. We have different flavors, some that people always want and some that we just try out for fun. It's not a fancy parlor with expensive furniture. We just have the counters and the tubs. The Pan Card Club Road has a lot of new buildings now, so we see many new faces. On weekends, families usually come in after dinner. We don't do much talking, just serving the scoops and making sure everyone is happy. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to worry about the stock, but that’s just part of the business. We’ve been here at Pride Valencia for a bit now. It’s a good community. We just like making something that people enjoy when it’s hot outside. The floors stay clean and the freezers stay full, and that is enough for us most days.
